This year's Jarrod Lyle Charity Golf Day is more personal than ever. We're raising funds for Harry, a young Torquay local courageously battling leukaemia, whose dad Jack is a member here at The Sands. Many of our members will have crossed paths with Jack and Harry out on the course, so this cause is close to home. Like Harry, Jarrod Lyle faced leukaemia as a child, and his courage and generosity still inspire our community today. This year, we want to open up this event to everyone in the community, golfers and non-golfers alike.
The Golf is sold out, however we still have tickets remaining for the Two Course Lunch & Presentations only. Come along and support Harry Duffy and the Leukaemia Foundation. Of the funds raised on the day and through this auction, half will go directly to the Duffy family and half will go to the Leukaemia Foundation.
